Profile - Les Bailey

Les joined the TSP family in early 2009 as the turf equipment account manager for Eastern North Carolina. He has spent his career in the turf industry. After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Agronomy from NC State University, he spent fifteen years as a Certified Golf Course Superintendent in the southeast. In 2002, Les made a career change to the sales-side of the industry. This background gives him a unique ability to relate to his customers.

When Les isn’t working, you can find him coaching baseball or spending time on the water with his family. Les and his wife Tischa are the very proud and busy parents of Matthew and Katie. Les also serves on the Advisory Board for Moore County Parks and Recreation as well as an active member of their church.
